How do I start a case?
Select your specialty, choose a case, and begin speaking your responses when prompted.
Do I need to type responses?
No. The app supports speech-driven practice, and you can use text when you prefer.
Why is speech recognition not working?
Make sure microphone access is enabled in your device settings: Settings, Privacy, Microphone, Oral Boards AI.
Why am I not hearing audio?
Check that your device volume is on and not muted. Also verify that your device is not connected to another audio output.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions unlock additional features and content. Payments are processed through Apple and can be managed in your Apple ID settings.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use the Restore Purchases option within the app settings.
